We are currently looking for a Graduate Engineer
T3EC is expanding through an increased volume of business due to client recommendations. We provide engineering design from foundation through to superstructure on a wide variety of projects in different market sectors ranging from domestic extensions to large, high-profile new-build developments involving offsite construction techniques in light gauge steel and timber.
All staff need to be motivated and comfortable in dealing with clients, as we encourage a high level of client interaction. In return, we offer flexible working hours, personalised training and support a high level of responsibility.
We work mainly from our offices in the heart of St Neots, Cambridgeshire, but our client base is spread throughout the UK.

Graduate Structural Engineer / Engineering Technician
We are looking to add another graduate engineer or engineering technician to our small but growing team to work on design projects. We’re willing to consider good candidates at all levels of experience including recent graduates, but previous experience working for a structural engineering consultancy in the UK would be an advantage.
In particular we are looking for:
- A degree in structural/civil engineering and/or relevant professional experience working as an engineer or technician in a structural or civil engineering consultancy
- An interest in continued career development as a structural engineer including an interest in developing skills across a wide range of construction techniques and project sizes.
- Practical working knowledge of AUTOCAD, TEDDS, TEKLA STRUCTURES, QUICKSOFT and/or SAND design packages would be an advantage, particularly Tekla Structures. Competency in CAD drawing and detailing would be a significant advantage.
- Engineering design and analysis experience in the common materials steel, concrete, timber and masonry to UK building regulations would be a significant advantage.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience. Benefits to include performance bonus, pension and professional fees and could include support towards chartership.
