We have undertaken 50-100 bed hotel design projects for most of the UK's major hotel chains, and worked on high-profile projects such as the extension of the Old Course Hotel at St Andrews, the home of golf.

We are experts in rapid, efficient development of low, medium and high rise hotels, particularly using modular and off-site construction techniques.

Modular construction is ideally suited to ensuring consistency of room fit and finish, and ensures faster build time and less disruption on site. We have experience of low and high rise new builds, and of integrating additional modular room units into existing structures, even whilst the hotel remains occupied.
