Four storeys of prestige apartments with light gauge steel panel walls and light gauge steel floors above historic multistorey stone buildings just off Edinburgh's Royal Mile.
This formed part of the £45m development of nine listed buildings in Advocates Close and Roxburgh Court, one of the largest developments in Edinburgh's Old Town.
The project was awarded Best Building in Scotland 2014 by RIAS and Project of the Year by Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
