We developed a new "hot box" structural steel webbed modular system with infill light steel floor and wall panels, which was bolted on site and fitted to a reinforced concrete floor.
The residential apartment scheme is one of the largest and tallest modular buildings in the UK, and won a Project Award at the 2016 Housing Design Awards
