Fourth phase of an affordable housing scheme in Rainham, Essex built as part of the Thames Gateway redevelopment project. The high quality of fit and finish possible with modular construction was particularly important here, as earlier phases of the scheme developed by a different team had met with significant criticism from residents.
The development involved 326 modules across multiple medium rise buildings, and our solution included curved modules designed to fit the quadrant shaped profile of one of the buildings.
